A CLEAR FIRST ENGAGEMENT

Find the right problem. Agree a useful next step.

A focused M² diagnostic examines one important business issue in its context. We test evidence and assumptions with your team, identify likely constraints and agree a practical action map. Deliverables are defined in the scope; a 90-day roadmap can be included where suitable.

Discuss a Business Challenge

When this is a useful starting point

  • Sales are growing, but profit, follow-up or delivery is not improving.
  • Routine decisions wait for the owner, or work stalls between teams.
  • The team is busy, but recurring problems and the next priority remain unclear.

What we work through

01

Define the context and question

Understand the business model, local conditions and operating reality. Agree the issue, boundaries and decisions this review should support.

02

Review evidence and assumptions

Ask focused questions, follow real work and test competing explanations with the people involved. Record missing evidence and likely causes rather than declaring certainty.

03

Compare priorities and value

Examine the cost of continuing as you are, potential improvements, effort and risks. Agree the success measures and which changes are worth pursuing first.

04

Agree the action map

Set actions, internal owners and review points. Include a 90-day roadmap where appropriate. Any M² support for implementation requires its own defined scope and commitments.

What you receive

  • A problem brief, evidence review and explicit assumptions.
  • Likely constraints and the estimated cost of continuing, where evidence allows.
  • Prioritized improvements and agreed measures of success.
  • An action map with responsibilities; a 90-day roadmap where suitable.

What helps us start

Bring the issue, why it matters, what you have tried and examples or records already available. An internal contact helps coordinate access. Missing information becomes part of the review; you do not need perfect reports before discussing fit.

Before you decide

Why bring in an outside partner?

An outside review can challenge assumptions, identify blind spots and add relevant expertise or capacity for a defined task. We first agree where that contribution would add value beyond what your team can do internally.

Does the online assessment replace a diagnostic?

The Business Health Assessment is an indicative, self-reported tool for identifying areas to examine. It does not establish causes, provide a comprehensive professional diagnosis or predict future performance.

How are the timetable and fee decided?

We agree the issue, scope, outputs, responsibilities, timetable and fee before work starts. The value and effort should be proportionate to the problem. A 90-day roadmap, if included, is an action horizon rather than a fixed diagnostic duration.

Does a diagnostic commit us to implementation?

No. The diagnostic is a defined engagement. Implementation support is a separate decision, with its own scope, internal owners and contractual commitments.

Who is responsible for the work and its results?

Milad Esmzadeh leads M²’s agreed diagnostic work. M² is accountable for its defined analysis, outputs and support; your managers remain responsible for internal decisions and execution. Target results and review measures are agreed, while business outcomes also depend on execution and conditions.
