M² OUTCOMES
Your information, explained.
You can read the website without completing a form. The following explains the information used when you contact M² or choose to start an assessment.
Collaboration requests
The contact form records the details and message you provide, your selected language and any five-question summary you attach. We use these to review your request and follow up. An email receipt may be sent to the address you provide, and the request is shared with the M² recipients responsible for handling it.
Business health assessment
After you accept the recording notice, your answers, progress and assessment result are stored, including if you leave before finishing. The record includes the connection IP address, date and time, browser/device information, language and available campaign parameters (UTM). A name or email is not required to see your result. This recording is not fully anonymous.
Browser storage
The assessment uses session storage to support the active session. Saving a draft for later in this browser is optional. Clearing browser storage does not delete a record already submitted to the server.
Access and purpose
Assessment and request records are available to authorized site administrators for reviewing submissions, coordinating a diagnostic, evaluating incoming campaigns and preventing misuse. The server and configured email provider process information needed to operate these services. Public reports are not created from your private answers.
Review or deletion requests
Contact info@m2outcomes.com and provide your request or assessment reference to ask about a stored record or request its deletion. We may need enough information to verify that the request concerns your record. Downloaded reports and copies already delivered by email may need to be handled separately.
Share only what is needed
Do not enter passwords, payment card details, customer lists or information you are not authorized to share. Estimates and ‘I don’t know’ are valid assessment responses. The report is an initial management tool whose conclusions depend on the information supplied.
